MEI Meeting of Independent Artists

After the great success of the last edition, the new edition of MEI – Meeting of Independent Labels, the most important review of Italian independent music, conceived and coordinated by Giordano Sangiorgi, will be held on September 30, October 1 and 2 in the central squares of Faenza (RA).

Three days of concerts, forums, conventions, fairs and exhibitions in Faenza’s main squares, theaters and palaces and stages, adding Extra MEI online content, live streaming and exclusive content on the website and official social pages of the event celebrating its first 25 years.

This year’s edition is dedicated to Ivan Graziani, who passed away 25 years ago. On Oct. 1, MEI will host a tribute to the Abruzzese singer-songwriter performed by the band led by his son Filippo Graziani. In addition, MEI will dedicate a special figurine to pay tribute to Graziani, produced by Figurine Forever.

These are the first names that will be at MEI 2022: Valerio Lundini, C’mon Tigre, Ditonellapiaga, Filippo Graziani, Luca Madonia, Roberta Giallo, Ernesto Assante, I Rio, Pierpaolo Capovilla, Doro Gjat, Martelli, BobBalera and Giorgio Canali.
